Nigerian rapper Zlatan Ibile has suggested an unconventional way to resolve the ongoing feud between rappers Odumodublvck and Blaqbonez — by putting them in a boxing ring.

During an interview with Yanga FM Lagos, Zlatan revealed he is in discussions with the promoters who organised the viral boxing match between Portable and Speed Darlington in April, with plans to host a similar bout in December.

“I want to organise a boxing match for Blaqbonez and Odumodublvck. They are both my friends. I’m already talking to the organisers of the Speed Darlington vs Portable boxing match to organise a match for Odumodublvck and Blaqbonez this December,” he said.

The “Zanku” crooner explained that while the rivalry between both rappers has generated massive social media attention, it is ultimately harmful to the Nigerian music industry.

He expressed his concern over the situation, stressing that both artists are his close friends and should not allow tension to escalate.

“They are my guys. I sincerely hope they resolve their issues. I don’t want that energy between them. For my purposes, I don’t know, but in real life, I don’t like the beef at all. These are my friends. I’m certain that they would definitely reconcile and collaborate in the future,” Zlatan added.

The rapper jokingly said the proposed boxing match would serve as a fun and healthy way for Odumodublvck and Blaqbonez to settle their differences — and perhaps open the door to a future collaboration.

“These are my guys. I’m certain that they would definitely reconcile and collaborate in the future,” he concluded.
