In the Ikoku area, particularly in Port Harcourt City (unit 14 and 15), the accreditation and voting process kicked off promptly at 8 a.m., marking the beginning of the highly anticipated election.
The Caretaker Committee Chairman of Port Harcourt Local Government Area and Chairmanship candidate of the Action People’s Party (APP) cast his vote at Ward 18, units 14 and 15, commending the Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission (RSIEC) for the smooth coordination and timely start of the election process.
