The Super Eagles are set to begin their first training session on Tuesday, preparing for their crucial 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifier against Libya. The training session will kick off at 5 pm on the practice pitch of the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo.

A number of key players have already reported to the team’s camp in Ikot Ekpene. Wilfred Ndidi, Victor Boniface, and Samuel Chukwueze arrived earlier on Tuesday, joining Fisayo Dele-Bashiru, Frank Onyeka, Raphael Onyedika, and Benjamin Tanimu, who checked in earlier that morning. Goalkeepers Stanley Nwabali and Amas Obasogie have also joined the camp, with more players expected throughout the day.

The Super Eagles will face the Mediterranean Knights of Libya on Friday at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, as they look to secure their qualification for the 2025 AFCON tournament.
