An eyewitness in the North-East state reported to 9am News Nigeria that a large group of people arrived to create chaos. However, security personnel quickly intervened to prevent further damage. The spokesman for the Yobe State Police Command, Dungus Abdulkarim, confirmed the incident in Potiskum, stating that those responsible would face consequences for their actions.
