Justice Maryanne Anenih of the Federal Capital Territory High Court has issued a public summons against former Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello. He is expected in court on October 24 to answer a fresh 16-count charge involving ₦110.4 billion in alleged criminal breach of trust. The summons follows an application by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), which has been unable to serve the former governor since the charges were filed on September 24.
