2. National Credit Guarantee Company
The Federal Government plans to establish the National Credit Guarantee Company by Q2 2025. This initiative will:

This company will partner with institutions like the Bank of Industry, the Nigerian Sovereign Investment Agency, and private-sector players to strengthen the financial system.

To foster youth participation in nation-building, the Youth Confab will commence in Q1 2025. The Ministry of Youth will soon unveil the selection process for representatives, ensuring diverse voices are heard.

4. Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) and Electric Vehicles

In Q1 2025, the President will launch the National Values Charter, a document promoting shared ethical principles and patriotism under the National Identity Project. This initiative aims to strengthen the bond between citizens and the government.
“The Charter will foster trust and cooperation among our diverse population and between the government and citizens,” Tinubu stated.
