Ikorodu City FC celebrated a milestone in their debut NPFL season with a comeback 2-1 victory over Katsina United, marking their first away win in the league. The Oga Boys overcame a goal deficit, demonstrating resilience and composure to secure the memorable triumph.

In a fierce South-South derby, Bayelsa United delivered an upset by defeating Rivers United 1-0, earning coach Ladan Bosso and his Prosperity Boys back-to-back victories and momentum in the league standings.
