Nigerian singer Ayo Maff has openly praised fellow artist Chike for what he described as a rare act of generosity and support in the music industry.

In a heartfelt post on social media, Ayo Maff revealed that Chike not only featured on their new collaborative single, “Realness,” for free but also handed over 100% of the song’s royalties to him.

“I didn’t pay him a dime for the verse, I never paid for a session, he showed up to my listening party and showed me love,” Ayo Maff wrote. “As if that’s not enough, he gave me all the royalties on our song @Officialchike. I know you probably don’t want me to tell anyone, but I’m sorry, big man, the world has to know what you did for me.”

The rising singer described Chike’s actions as an inspiring show of genuine support for upcoming talents. According to him, Chike’s surprise appearance at the listening party further demonstrated his commitment to seeing the project succeed.
