In a move that bridges the world of entertainment and governance, the Benue State Governor, Hyacinth Alia, has officially announced the appointment of Nigerian music icon, Innocent Idibia popularly known as 2Baba or 2Face Idibia as the Technical Adviser on Entertainment and Community Outreach.
